Blah, nervous.
Around the new year I decided I needed to go talk to a therapist about idk a bunch of issues, just sort through them so they’re no longer a cloud hanging over me. So I made an appointment at the schools health center the first week, and we pretty much just talked about generally hy I was here. He asked me a lot of super uncomfortable questions about my mental history…all yes/nos but I was embarrassed by a decent amount of them :-/. Anyway, now I’m waiting for my follow up appointment where I guess now well actually talk now that the general paperwork whatever’s out of the way? Gah. Nervousnervousnervous.
I’m slightly proud of myself for actually doing this, but…well see what happens. I have a feeling I won’t be sticking with this for very long.
